The Workflow

How Sample
Ordering Works.

Four steps from login to fulfillment — most reps complete an order in under 90 seconds.
STEP 01

Login to your rep account

Use your assigned Owl's Brew rep credentials.

STEP 02

Choose your samples

Pick from curated bundles built for On Premise accounts, single SKUS or cartons for demos, retailers and sampling.

STEP 03

Select shipping speed

Ground, 2-day, or overnight at checkout. OWLS BREW POLICY: Ground Shipping unless approved by management.

STEP 04

Submit order to fulfillment

One click routes the order to the warehouse.

All orders are routed directly to fulfillment automatically.
01 Who can access this portal?
Approved Owl's Brew sales reps and internal team members.
02 Are sample orders free?
All sample orders are free at point of order placement but the cost of the samples and shipping will be applied to your monthly budget.
03 Can I customize bundle contents?
No. Sample kits are preset for operational consistency. You can order any variation of cans/bottles that are available on the site.
04 How long does shipping take?
Owl's Brew policy is for Ground Shipping. Speed will be determined from the origin point of Chicago. Most east coast points in 2-3 day, West Coast in 3-5 days. Orders submitted after 12pm may be processed the next day so please add at least 24 hrs for order processing from checkout.
05 Who receives fulfillment notifications?
Order submission confirmation and tracking / shipping notifications will go to the account holder's email address. You are able to ship to any address/receiver but the account holder will receive the email notifications directly.
